Annie Savaria-Watson is a rising senior at Brown University. She is majoring Environmental Science.

At Lincoln, Annie found that almost all of her teachers encouraged her and challenged her to learn and push herself. She sees a lot of her current studies influenced by her time in the Art and English departments.

Annie's most meaningful extracurricular activity in high school was being a part of Lincoln's Percussion Ensemble. It allowed her to develop herself as a performer, musician, and individual in valuable and pertinent ways.

Annie spent an entire year studying and living in Chile, which she considers her greatest accomplishment so far. Seeing Patagonia was a dream come true for her.

She is currently interning at the World Wildlife Fund in Santiago de Chile. There she is working on a citizen science app for animal identification in Patagonia. Good work, Annie!
