Minors: Art and Environmental Studies (unofficial minors)
Recommended Book: "Little Fires Everywhere" - Celeste Ng
Summer 2018 Internship: Rhode Island Public Health Institute

Colin Kent-Daggett currently attends Brown University and is majoring in Urban Studies. Although minors are not offered at Brown, Colin has taken numerous classes in Art and Environmental Studies and considers those his unofficial minors.

While attending Lincoln, Colin was most influenced by teachers Melinda Gale and Tim Swinehart. He says, "they both made complicated material accessible and exciting while still maintaining a critical focus on social justice,". His favorite extracurricular during his time as a Cardinal was coaching youth basketball. He enjoyed spending his time in a different way than studying and he loved sharing his knowledge and love of basketball with younger kids.

Colin considers his close relationships with his family, friends, and mentors his greatest accomplishment in life. He feels so lucky to be surrounded by the caring people in his life and feels accomplished in maintaining those relationships.

The summer after his Junior year, Colin will work for the Rhode Island Public Health Institute helping them research the impacts of their subsidized mobile food market on health, attitudes towards food, and produce consumption. Good work Colin!
